What is ReboCollab?
ReboCollab is an online collaborative environment where ALL parties involved in a real estate transaction can view, share and sign the right documents at the right times.
• ReboDocs: Patent-pending technology, allowing needed disclosures or documents to be filled out/completed online prior to being signed online- all without having to print the documents.
• Version Control: Barcodes each version of every document, for organized download and upload ease.

How it works:
Within ReboCollab, documents are able to move online the same way they do in traditional paper transactions; the original file contains the most recent document version and is only viewable to those parties that have been given access to each particular document. Each Selling Agent that is added creates a tab in that encloses the documents provided by that individual Selling Agent. All documents are barcoded to enable “version control” which provides information on who holds the document, who has signed each document, and enables all parties to that document to view and sign it online within ReboCollab. Additional benefits include ReboDocs, a patent-pending process that allows for seller disclosures to be filled out online, answers populated on the disclosures, for online signing – all without printing a document. Smart read technology will separate bar coded and non bar coded documents from one large PDF into PDF’s of each individual document enclosed in the large PDF upload. ReboCollab is the only transaction management software that allows for Transaction Coordinators to operate independent of the Agents they assist with mirrored views and abilities. Both agents and TC’s are provided with customizable task lists and reminders to move them efficiently through all transactions.
